WEARABLES & HEALTH DATA

All your wearables in one spot. Your health, your way.

Connect your ring, watch, scale, or glucose monitor once. Sleep, heart rate, activity, and body readings land in the same health record as your lab results, where your care team and the AI Care Concierge can read them.

  • Included with every membership
  • You choose what to share
  • Read by your care team

Wearable data informs your care team. It never changes your protocol on its own — a licensed physician decides every clinical action.

ONE RECORD, NOT FIVE APPS

Your ring, your labs, and your check-ins finally share a chart.

Most people carry their health in pieces: a sleep score in one app, bloodwork in a portal, a weight in a notes file. Allora keeps them together, so the people caring for you see the whole picture.

  1. Wearables & phone health

Sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps, glucose, weight, blood pressure — synced daily from the devices you connect.

  2. Lab results

Every panel Allora orders, plus outside reports you upload, with a plain-English physician note.

  3. Check-ins & manual entries

Your protocol check-ins and any reading you add by hand, like a weight or a blood pressure.

Your Allora health record

One timeline, filterable by device and window, protected like the rest of your chart.

  1. Your care team

Opens your wearable trends in the same clinical view as your appointment, beside your labs and notes.

  2. AI Care Concierge

Answers questions like “how did my sleep trend this month?” from your own readings, and hands anything clinical to a physician.

WHAT GETS TRACKED

The readings that matter to a physician.

Not every number a device produces is clinically useful. These are the ones your care team can act on, charted against your own baseline so a normal week looks normal.

  • Sleep

Duration, efficiency, and deep / REM / light stages.

  • Resting heart rate

The overnight floor, day over day.

  • HRV

    Heart-rate variability, your recovery signal.

  • Steps & active energy

Daily movement and the energy behind it.

  • Glucose

Continuous monitor readings from Dexcom or Libre.

  • Weight & body composition

Weight, body fat, and lean mass from a connected scale.

  • Blood pressure

From a connected cuff, or entered by hand.

  • Respiratory rate & SpO₂

Overnight breathing rate and blood oxygen.

  • Body temperature

Overnight skin temperature trend, where your device reports it.

  • VO₂ max & workouts

    Fitness estimate and logged sessions.

HOW IT WORKS

Connect once. Then forget about it.

STEP 01 · DEVICES PAGE · ABOUT A MINUTE

Connect

Open Devices in your portal and sign in to your device account — about a minute per device. On iPhone or Android, share from your phone’s health store through the Allora app instead.

STEP 02 · AUTOMATIC · HONEST FRESHNESS

Sync

Readings arrive automatically. Each device shows its last reading and whether it is up to date, falling behind, or quiet, so a ring that stopped syncing never hides behind a green light.

STEP 03 · YOU · YOUR CARE TEAM · THE CONCIERGE

Read

You see everything in your health hub beside your labs. Your care team opens the same trends in their clinical view, and the concierge can answer from them at any hour.

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES

Share what you want. Stop when you want.

Connecting a device is a choice you make per device, and every choice is reversible from the app.

  • Disconnect any device, any time

One tap on the Devices page stops syncing from that source. Reconnect later if you change your mind.

  • Delete phone-synced readings

Disconnecting Apple Health or Health Connect deletes every reading that phone shared, so you can start over clean.

  • Last reading, not last sync

Freshness is measured from the newest reading a device actually sent. A device that answers but sends nothing is shown as quiet, not healthy.

  • Stored with your chart

Wearable readings live in your Allora record under the same protections as your labs and messages, visible to your care team and no one else.

Wearables FAQ

Which devices can I connect? expand_more
Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP, Polar, Ultrahuman, Google Health, Eight Sleep, Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Withings, Omron, Strava, Peloton, Wahoo, Zwift, Cronometer, and MyFitnessPal link from the Devices page in your portal. Apple Health and Health Connect share from your phone through the Allora app. The list grows as our integration partner adds providers.
Do I need the mobile app? expand_more
Only for Apple Health and Health Connect, which can only be read on the phone itself. Every other device links from the web portal or the app, whichever you have open.
Does my physician actually look at this? expand_more
Your care team can open your wearable trends in the same clinical view they use for your appointment, beside your labs and notes. What they do with it is clinical judgment: a reading never changes your protocol on its own, and every dosing decision is still made by a licensed physician.
What happens if my device stops syncing? expand_more
Each device shows the date of its last reading and a plain status: up to date, falling behind after three days without a reading, or no recent data after two weeks. We measure from the newest reading, not from the last time the device checked in, so a device that is connected but silent is labelled as silent.
Can I disconnect a device or delete its data? expand_more
Yes. Disconnect any device from the Devices page and syncing stops. For Apple Health and Health Connect, disconnecting also deletes every reading that phone shared with Allora. You can reconnect later and start fresh.
Is this included in my membership? expand_more
Yes. Device sync and the health hub are part of every Allora membership at no additional fee. You supply the devices.
Which readings work from an Android phone? expand_more
Health Connect shares weight, steps, heart rate, and blood pressure today. Sleep and a few other categories are not available from Health Connect yet, so if sleep matters to you, connect a ring or watch account directly.

Bring your data. Keep your doctor.

Every Allora membership includes device sync, a health hub that holds your labs and wearables together, and a physician who reads both.
