Yes. Every tier includes lab work each year — one comprehensive panel plus a core retest six months later on Baseline, two comprehensive panels on Optimize, and three plus an advanced-markers panel on Performance. À-la-carte panels outside your plan are available at our wholesale clinic rate.

How is billing structured?expand_more

Pay monthly ($39 / $129 / $229) or save with annual prepay ($390 / $1,290 / $2,290) — that’s 2 months free when you pay up front. Your medications and any in-home lab-draw fees are billed separately from the membership.

Are wearables included?expand_more

Yes, on every tier. Connect Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, Dexcom, and other supported devices from the Devices page, or share Apple Health and Health Connect data through the Allora app. Readings land in your health hub next to your lab results, where your care team can read them. You supply the devices; the sync is part of the membership.

Yes. Your care team can help you move between memberships as your goals, protocol complexity, or level of support changes over time.

How are medications shipped?expand_more

Compounded medications are fulfilled through licensed pharmacy partners and shipped directly to eligible patients after physician approval and care plan confirmation. Shipping is included in the member price of every medication.

Is insurance accepted?expand_more

These memberships are designed around transparent self-pay pricing. Insurance reimbursement may vary, so patients should confirm any out-of-network eligibility directly with their carrier.
