Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the clinical assessment take? expand_more
The initial online intake usually takes 10–15 minutes. Once submitted, a licensed physician reviews your profile and confirms your next step.
Is a live consultation required? expand_more
Every protocol is reviewed and approved by a licensed physician — care never proceeds without that review. Most of it happens asynchronously through your intake and secure messaging, and you can schedule a live consultation whenever you want one, or when your physician or your state’s rules require it.
How is my medication shipped? expand_more
Medications are shipped in discrete, temperature-controlled packaging via overnight or two-day delivery to ensure the integrity of the peptides.
Are these treatments covered by insurance? expand_more
Generally, peptide therapies are considered elective and are not covered by traditional insurance. Transparent membership pricing covers your consultations, clinical oversight, and included lab panels. Medications and any in-home lab-draw fees are billed separately so you only pay for what you use.
